Hourly rates are great if you are renting or house swapping where there is no waiting time for keys.

How long does it take to complete a local removal?

An average 1 bedroom house or flat takes 3 to 4 hrs = £120-£160

An average 2 bedroom house takes 4 to 6 hrs = £160-£240

An average 3/4 bedroom house takes 6 to 8 hrs = £320 – £480

Upright Piano Removals From £70

 There is a minimum charge of two hours on all jobs when you require a van and 1 or 2 men.  If you require 3 men and van, a minimum of 3 hours on all jobs will be applied etc.  

 No mileage charged for local moves in Milton Keynes, Bedford, Aylesbury and Northampton. 

 Out of town moves mileage is charged at 50 pence/mile/van.

  We start the clock when we arrive at your house and stop the clock when everything is unloaded in your new home.

 For health and safety reasons no help can be given to MK Relocations staff loading and unloading the vehicles.

 Hourly rates are charged in half hour increments.
