We needed to move one house contents to another house and then to move some storage items into the original house.  In addition we loaded on a lot more requests like picking up a glass desk and taking it to the new house separate to the move and also unpacking and building a lot of furniture we had just bought and had delivered straight to the house.  Ie this move was complicated.

On top of that I could only speak to Yves in an evening or on a weekend.

Every request was positively accepted, every e mail immediately responded to no matter what time of day or evening and throughout the weekends.  When I originally contacted the Nationals I was greeted with answer phones, none returned calls and a total disinterest.  It could not have been more different.

The move went fantastically well.  All of the people involved were polite and helpful and on time for everything.  More time had been allowed than we needed so it didn’t feel stressful at all.  All unpacking was done and some extras thrown in.

In summary, I would recommend Yves and the team at MK Relocations to anyone who wants a stress free, helpful move which is good value for money – If I ever move again it will be via them.

I am writing to you to say how pleased my wife and myself are with the house removal carried out for us by MK Relocations on the 16th/17th February 2012.    The removal was from Flitwick in Bedfordshire to Barwick-in-Elmet in Yorkshire, a distance of some 170 miles.  We have a fair amount of Ercol furniture (polished softwood – which is easily damaged) which my wife values very highly, and everything arrived intact.  As a bonus, the removal team were courteous and easy to get on with.  We are delighted.   This is our fifth house move and we feel that we could not have asked for a better firm to move us.  – Lynn and Alan Godfrey – 27th February 2012

MK Relocations did a piano removal for me from Galley Hill Milton Keynes to Newbury.  They carried out the move well considering problems with access.  They had to take off two internal doors and used a specialised piano trolley to manoevre the piano.  They made it look easy considering how heavy the piano is!  Excellent work and thanks MK Relocations.  Ed Biach – London Road, Newbury 15/03/2011

‘MK Relocations were very efficient in carrying out our five bedroom house removal from Steeple Claydon to Beechampton.  We were a little concerned about the move due to the bad snow conditions but MK Relocations arrived on time with a four man team and carried out our removal very well.  An added complication was that my parents in law who live near us were also moving to our new home so MK Relocations had to carry out their removal on the same day.  The two man team worked hard and managed very well.  My mother in law was full of praise with their professionalism and courteousness.  We all moved into our new home with no problems.
